Harry Bosch is having a hard time in all parts of his life and at the moment he is supended for his job so he takes a cold case home which by the way is to be demolished so he tarts it up and does repairs and squats. The cold case he has looked at is the one about his mim and it has taken a lot of courage to look at the file not knowing what he will find.
